I am having a similar problem with Cut, Copy and Paste on my OS X 10.6 when I try to do it using the Command + alphabet key. The Copy and Cut function works but the Paste (Command + V) does not work with any program including TextEdit I can do it through the Edit menu.

Tried different keyboards, Blue Tooth as well as USB, on my computer and Command + V never works. Used my keyboard on the store's computer and it works. I guess the problem is with the computer or the operating system, not the keyboard.

This appears to be fixed as the developer have released a new beta version (10.6B) of Smultron that addresses this issue.

My recollection is that iTunes ripped up to 192Kbps previously. So, 256Kbps is a bitrate bump up

I'm still confused at this...is it just padding for the sake of hype? iTunes has always been able to import songs at various bitrates.
